Full Moon
Seeing as I've done absolutely no night time photography or anything with a flash for that matter I decided to do some full moon shots getting out the tripod and release thingy that had been sitting in my bag and hadn't been used yet. Last nights were shocking and the moon kept on getting higher and separating from the park that had to be in the pic.
Well this is tonights version and it's slightly improved, no spectacular glow on the bay as that sort of comes when it's a bit higher and then it's too high! Will get more into night lights as I go along.
The park in the picture is known as the 'Prince Khalifa bin Salman' park and only opened it's doors on Boxing day. They spared no expense here (everything's big and oppulant in the Middle East) with avwonderful childrens jungle parks, lots of fountains, a big water canal where you can peddle boat, skate boarding park, cycle park and lots of GREEN grass which we don't have any of in Juffair. The big tower is a viewing tower which I will venture up into some time soon. I am also pleased to see that it is being well utilised, mainly in the late afternoon and probably evenings as the weather conditions here have made it necessary for people to hibernate in the hot day time and come crawling out to play in the warm evenings.
