Sugar for Cookies

This is not a regular slice of a nice moist orange. This is a specially treated orange slice used for decoration on the cinnamon sugar that I was given as a gift.

I'm looking forward to making a big batch of cinnamon and orange cookies, when I can find a good recipe and when I have a bit of time.
