Bobcat At Hagg Lake

Today was an amazing day for me as I saw my first bobcat and was able to get 7 shots before he ran into the forest. We decided to take a trip out to Hagg Lake near Gaston Oregon...and mostly I was on the outlook for birds and ducks. Toward the end of our drive around the lake, I caught sight of a large cat bounding across a sloping field above the car. We whipped the car around and went back and I caught sight of him again and was able to capture a few shots!

When I got home I was elated that they were as clear as they were as we were hundreds of feet away!
