Crispy Prawn Noodle Soup

Was treat to some Wagamama cooking this evening. Scallops parcelled in lettuce leaves with noodle and leeks and a very nice dipping sauce followed by this soup. I'm not sure what went on with the white balance but it seems to have had all the saturation and contrast sucked out of it and no amount of sliding sliders was able to bring it back.

Watched the new Sherlock, it's certainly one of the best things on the TV on the minute, at least till Fringe comes back. I hadn't intended to watch it all as it was an hour ad a half long but in the end I couldn't drag myself away from it and ended up staying up much later than expected :-/
