Cormorants at the Beatrix lock

The weather was beautiful in the morning in the west region of our country. I was a whole day in Werkendam in the studio of Moor Fotografie. There was a lot of work to do. All the work however, could only be done inside. So we decided to go out after lunch to make some pictures around the Beatrix harbour, wich is in the neighborhood.

In the course of the morning the sun disappeared behind the clouds. So we only could make some pictures in grey daylight. Here you see the landscape when you leave the Beatrix harbour throug the east exit of the Beatrix lock . On the right side of the picture you can also see three cormorants on the piles of the jetty ... ;)
