Evening all,

A busy day today.

Morning visits to the various patients carried out this morning left us both a little stressed.

Mustered up the enthusiasm for a swim in the afternoon after a little bit of cajoling from the family, didn't really feel like it but in the end it was actually quite relaxing and therapeutic, its the first swim i've had this year and i needed it.

A quiet evening slipped away from me, i still harbour the idea of popping outside to have a go at a star trail but the weather and the apathy got the better of me tonight, so the cat was the only thing i got around to blipping, and that'll have to do!!
