Northallerton market
Bright morning as Kathryn and I set off for Northallerton which is about 7 miles away. It is the county town and a busy place especially on Wednesdays as it's market day. Parking is always difficult but we managed to find a spot not too far away from the high street. We had a good browse in a few shops but stopped to admire this particular fruit and veg stall. It was beautifully laid out, everything was arranged in an orderly fashion and the colours are fantastic. On to Lewis and Cooper's for lunch before strolling back down the High street and Kathryn was on her way home again. Short and sweet but we enjoyed being together - time well spent.
Now for that quiet night in that didn't happen on Monday - but that's another story!
