Reward after anHonest Day's Work.

Some look at work as a burden they must shoulder and indeed it can be a heavy yoke to bear.To a lucky few, work is a place to express their creative spirit,to gain a degree of self satisfaction,a place of interaction and comradeship,or even somewhere to discover oneself.For me, it is an escape from daily routine,and brings some fluidity into my life.
Got home late after what seemed like a laborious four and a half hour meeting this afternoon.Walked out into the car park to be met by a glorious sky set on a backcloth of sheer blackness. Had to stop and drink it all in.Thought to self:What a miracle a day is and what a privelege it is to do an honest days work.
The best things in life are : Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes,sound all around,the touch of nature in abundance , and the taste of satisfaction at having duties to hand. So don't reach for the moon and stars, but do life's ordinary simple things, take work as it comes, knowing that that daily duties are amongst the best things life has to offer.
