Out of Darkness #28

So I was slightly premature in my statement that all was good after the first run. As soon as I had posted my legs started to ache and I developed a really sore back. It was so sore that it kept me awake for a lot of last night as everytime I moved the pain woke me up. Hopefully tonight it will be better and I had hoped to go for another run tomorrow.

I am also in desperate need of a holiday; just as well I've only to make it through next week before we jet off.
