Low winter sun

Still a few twinges so no running tonight. I felt I should wait until back and legs stop hurting completely before I punish them again. Maybe tomorrow.

Managed to get out at lunch today for a bit of fresh air. The city looked very cosmopolitan (tram works aside) with everyone in their shades protecting their eyes from the low winter sun. It's been a while since a castle shot so I couldn't resist.
