mmm...closed strawberries

seeing this sign had my taste buds jumping with excitement. however, after following the arrow, i couldn't find anyone to help me. i guess 'closed strawberries' are a seasonal thing.

i think i am about to have two free days off, so i am going to head down south to portland, maine tomorrow. it was between that or halifax, ns and i've seen the drive to portland is slightly shorter.
