Frazzled

This is what a pile of Parkinson's Disease paperwork looks like. After a bad night's sleep, I worked from 7.30 to 17.00 today on a peer review panel at work. Almost 10 hours with no breaks is enough to leave anyone feeling frazzled.

I intend to be hermit-like for the rest of the evening. I'm about to put my pjs on and get into bed and watch a DVD on my laptop. Hopefully the world will be a bit more in focus tomorrow!
