Waste not

Well what an epic fail the lasagne was. It tasted good but I totally cocked up the consistency. I never make it the same way twice but it normally turns out fine. However, this time it has the same viscosity as a thick soup :-(

May initial reaction was to bin the leftovers but it wasn't cheap to make and I had put the same effort into it. So, on reflection this morning, it's been bagged a frozen. I'm thinking with spaghetti it will make a weird, cheesy, take on spaghetti bolognese.

It's all top stuff you know. Maybe something a lot more interesting will happen today and I'll regret blipping so early. :-)
