Mother Sup's

The nuns left our house about 15 years before we bought it in 2002. It was pretty much derelict but plenty of people in the village knew the house well as it had been a religious school. In the years since we've slowly built up a history of Le Couvent.

The room that gives onto this balcony was the Mother Superior's bedroom so it is known affectionately as Mother Sup's.

We have some potential buyers coming to look at the house mext week. I wonder if they'll notice this persistent nasturtium.
