A rather dusty heirloom!

Kirsten and I were having a bit of a girly afternoon this afternoon after school as Bear was out playing for a bit and we were having a rummage in my jewelry box. We came across this emerald and opal ring that was left to me by my Great Aunt and thought that it would make a lovely blip however I didn't realise quite how grubby it is! I must try and clean it a little - any tips?

I have never worn it as it is a little too big and also I am not really one for jewelry however I like to think that one day I will!

The rest of the day has passed without anything much remarkable happening and I am looking forward to the return of Ian from Cuba tomorrow however Air France have already delayed his flight by a couple of hours and he is not due to fly until 3am our time!
