True to type

Mission today (if you choose to accept it) was to find a battered old ton to house a history project. Went to the antiques store where a suitable tin at a reasonable price was found. Also came across this beautiful old typewriter, ah the romance of those keys! It's like looking into a grand piano. The computer keyboard doesn't give this much pleasure. Mind you, they do make your fingers ache. Didn't succumb to its considerable charms, but was sorely tempted.
