Sunshine and pie!

Atlast!!! A sunny, frosty winter's day. We headed over to Coniston for a brisk walk up the Dib and onto the Pie. The weather was perfect, still as still can be. We had a cuppa and then headed down along the Dales Way back to the village. Not a long walk, but enough to raise the spirits high. The sun lasted the whole way. As I type the first skinny flakes of snow are falling. Proper winter atlast. I will backblip yesterday's treat - a male sparrowhawk perched in our apple tree scaring the wits out of all the little birds!
