The before shot...

It's Friday night and I'm baking! Or about to - to prepare for the invasion at my house tomorrow. I love baking and I think I'm alright at it but it now comes with a heavy responsibility. My nephew has rated cake alongside extra christmas presents so the pressure's on......my mum is gluten free so this is the first cake I'm making tonight....but my brother will be asking 'have you made those tasty lemon meringue ones?' so that's next....my sister will just say 'mmmm....cake!' and my dad will be laden with empty tupperware boxes. And that's before I even start thinking about making the bread !

So it'll be an early start for me tomorrow morning to fit it all in, but it'll be worth it when I see Hollow Jnr Jnr's face plastered in buttercream!
