Still Waters

In addition to taking up photography this year (early days!) I also joined a sewing class so that I can avoid paying a small fortune for cushion covers etc. Had a great morning with the class and feeling quite inspired.

In the afternoon we took the boys on their bikes up through the golf course through the reservoir. This was taken at the small man-made pond just before the climb to the reservoir. It is hardly ever still up there, and today there was zero wind. I run up there fairly regularly and can hardly remember a time when there was no wind. This enabled me to get some some quite good reflection photos, but liked this one as it was approaching dark. Double spooky with the reflection.
