708/365 Up High
Tramping through muddy puddles in laneways in the dark in temperatures of 4° isn't exactly my kind of fun but it had to be done. A work colleague had suggested the Middle Braniel Road in the Castlereagh Hills as a great vantage point for a night shot of Belfast. When I got up there finally, I was impressed, however I was unable to capture all of the city, even with my wide angle lens! This was one of the better shots - I will try it again when the brighter evenings start.
If you look at it in LARGE, the red lights on the left are on the TV mast on the Black Mountains and in the distance on the right is Belfast Lough.
