Spice

Whether you spell it chile, chili, chilli or chilly, the fruit of plants from the genus Capsicum are one of my truly favourite things. From nice and mild, to face-melting heat I can't get enough.

This bush was grown from seed and I'm looking forward to those beauties in curries and chile sin carne. It's been indoors all winter and will go back out in the spring to grow some more. Chile plants are perennials after all...
