Scruffy Gull

I think that the pathetic whining from this young gull may have translated somthing like this,

"Please put the camera away Mate, do you have any idea how hard it is to look smart with the wind puffing up your feathers every time you move."

Or maybe it was just seagull for "Its chuffing freezing out here today"
