c-c-c-c-cold!!!

Day three - up to lava tower (4600mtrs above sea level) - Yep it's getting pretty cold up there. Enjoyed a spot of lunch in the windy rainy hail - for the second day running. Headaches are pretty much the only altitude sickness I'm getting which is a good sign at this altitude - I guess.

A long walk down from lava tower to the next camp and I think to myself "Why the hell do people want to push themselves emotionally and physically??!! It's not fun and this sucks!" BUT I'll just try and stay positive and not moan about it. I can do this!!!!

Things do not get better when our guide tells us that the next day we will be taking on the Barronco wall....WALL...right yes that steep piece of a monster behind us...you do know that I'm terrified of heights...right?
