Chapel

Does this Chapel look familiar? It should because it was a prototype for Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. This is the Chapel at Hopwood Hall College, Middleton, formerly De La Salle College. The chapel was designed by Frederick Gibberd (born, like me, in Coventry) and opened in 1965, two years before the cathedral, by the same architect, was consecrated.
