High five

Sometimes I think somebody has done a good job and assume they realise this even though I haven't told them. I forget people don't read minds.

This sticky note for a high five is meant to be slightly comical but it also makes me realise I don't tell people often enough that they are wonderful.

How can people understand their true greatness when nobody recognises it?
