Cactus Teeth

Not to be messed with!

I've been loaned an F2 lens by my line manager who found it tucked at the back of a cupboard (I'm convincing myself that he said I could HAVE this F2 lens)

Anyhoo, this was quick practise with it on a cactus plant at my parents' house. The clarity and definition captured compared to using my standard lens was amazing.

I've been on a super-quick visit to Wiltshire to visit my mum who's been in hospital for 10 days now with a (to date) inexplicable thingie-me-jiggy, which has made her unable to walk without support. She was at work when her legs suddenly became numb with pins and needles. Apart from this she feels okay, is in no pain (just a bit uncomfortable at times) and is in good spirits. It's all very odd. There has been some improvement in her feeling and strength in her legs in the last couple of days - so fingers crossed this is just some weird virus that will soon pass.
