Back to my usual fave lunch-break walk in Bracondale wood today - with almost all of last week off sick, it seems like forever since I was in Bracondale and I've missed it like an old pal.
I spotted these fleshy looking brackets attacking an old, decaying tree stump - and themselves obviously under attack by a white fungal growth.
