A sad day :(

Hi all hope you are all well, me and hubby are feeling a little low as a good friend of ours past away on new years day, it was her funeral today she was only 38 very very sad, so im tired and off to bed today's blip is not great, i will catch up with all your in the morning, on a positive I went to my weekly WI this morn i lost 3.5lbs this week :)
