Reflection!

Hello guys, feeling great today so much so mustered up the courage to endure dad for a few hours, invited him for tea, roast beef and all the trimmings. He lives on sandwiches most of the time he's just lazy. In fact I think I have told you before Dave is alot older than me so much so Dave is older than my Dad and yet Dave is the one running around after my dad. Luckily Dave is fit and healthy and never stops, he doesn't act his age either. We get mixed reactions with are age difference but it really doesn't bother us where happy and the main thing. Anyway for those who dont know I lost 2lb last night thats 3st 5lbs im so happy and thanks for all your support. I took some good pics today this is not the best but I like it, the others look similar to what I have taken over the last 2weeks and I dont want to do the same all the time.
