A brief case

Day 1/25
The first challenge of UWO's "Borrowed Shoes Diversity Challenge" is to wear the same set of clothes until Friday, so here's what I I'm wearing -- at least on my upper half, anyway. Unfortunately society requires that I wear pants as well, so I'm wearing those too, just FYI.

SO. I'M REALLY EXCITED. Frank Warren of PostSecret is coming to my school on March 8th. I'm SO excited!!! I've only been waiting for this moment for like five years. He's doing a lecture, Q&A and a book signing and there's going to be a postcard exhibit all week as well. Perfect opportunity for anyone to confess his/her undying love for me for sure.

But, for real, I hope a couple gets engaged as per usual during Frank's presentation because a) I've never been engaged and have therefore b) never witnessed an engagement (high school promise rings and puppy-love assurances of "I WANT TO BE WITH YOU FOREVER" don't count), and seeing as I c) don't want to get married, I'd love to be a creepy observer with a goofy grin on my face as I witness the ~sheer romance~ that is someone asking someone else to marry them, and then the latter someone saying "OK" in front of a whole crowd of strangers who may or may not, but most likely will be vicariously living through the happy couple at that very moment and, as a result, may feel a little emotionally invested in the future of their relationship and think that they should get invitations to the wedding even though they're still technically strangers, but then again what brings people together more than witnessing an engagement at a Post Secret event, after all? Nothing, that's what.

Please mark on your calendar that 16/01/12 was the day I completed my longest run-on sentence yet.

Also, tomorrow I can't use electronics so no pictures either!!!
