Last minute blip today I'm afraid

This ferocious beast reclines along the back of our sofa and used to do the same in my father in laws house

Second week of running club tonight - this time we managed over a mile (instead of last weeks rounding up) and perhaps I'm ahead of myself, but I'm enjoying running with a lovely crowd and I can really see us bring able to run a few miles without thinking about it by the end of our 10 weeks.
