Trains

A trip down (or up) to town for business planning day - I was in a room with lots of men (and sadly not enough women) for 7 hours and drank too much black coffee

This is the overhead lights and their reflection on my way back home this evening

Day 17 of the dryathlon and I admit I cracked and had 1 bottle of beer - so I will be paying my £1 charity penalty and I was back on the sparkling water straight afterwards - I did day yesterday it was going to be a tough day.
