The Adventures of Pippin

By kmcameron

Am I really allowed up here?

I'm sure this looks rather unhygienic to non-Pippin owners, but hey-ho. She got a bit heavy when I was holding her up to look out of the window at the birds, and it was easier to put her there than on the ground.

And there was just something about this spot that made me think it would be a good place to put her.

She looks a bit worried and embarrassed in this picture, but was totally fine with the whole experience. Actually lay down, as above, and then put her head on her paws as if to fall asleep.

But Pippin is so laid back about everything that I don't know why I would expect her to be any other way. She clearly just thinks it's perfectly normal to be put on the kitchen worktop.

When I went over to lift her off again, she put her front paws on my shoulder to help, which was really cute and lovely!

But then she got distracted by the tomatoes that are in that white bowl behind the wooden chopping board so was a bit reluctant to come down in the end.
