Prozac nation?

I wasn't particularly planning to add to my 'Questioning Buildings of Liverpool' series today but thought I'd grab the opportunity to blip this building whilst the tree in front of it is foliage-free. When I've walked past in previous months the leaves have somewhat obscured the wording and with spring on the way this may be my best chance!

As to where I sit on the happiness scale at the moment, I'm pleased to report that although I can't claim to be in 'all singing, all dancing' mode I'm really quite content.
