The DC-6 took her las flight in 2006, flying from Deenethorpe Airfield to Coventry following filming for Casino Royal.
Rolling of the production lines in 1958 and after a busy career on covert missions in the Southeast Asia, she joined the Air Atlantique Group in 1987.
In 2010 it was decided that the DC-6 that the DC-6 should become an elegant and very unique diner. After a 12 month development the DC-6 was launched in April 2011, this converted DC-6 Aircraft is the only one of its kind.
The Douglas DC-6 was considered to be the best in her class in the 1950's.
