More washing

As strange as it may appear, this is actually a tribute to Mrs bpr with thanks for her unfailing support for me in my marathon training.

As the miles increase so does the washing of running kit.

But I never have to look for any clean kit, or think about decent food. My wonderful wife does all that, and then says she doesn't do anything for my marathon preparations.

I beg to differ. I just run, she does all the really hard work.
