Happy Birthday

Today is my cousin, Lynne's 50th birthday and as I write this the party is in full swing.

There has been a casino theme with everyone being given chips to "spend" and the winners got bubbly as prizes.

These table decorations are simply made yet highly effective.

With our family being spread far and wide we don't get together as often as we would like.

Occasions like this help us realise how much closer we are all becoming as we grow older.

My own 50th birthday will be the next one in the family, in November. Doing the maths suggests this my be the 50th anniversary of my conception.......
