Today's training was absolute hell - the same death-circuit training as last Wednesday, but repeated 4 times instead of last weeks 3. Last week's session had left me unable to walk properly for three days, so when I got home from training today, I was straight in the ice bath. The neighbours probably thought somebody was getting murdered.

Nice evening afterwards though, sat by the fire and with my favourite little guy here, nibbling on some green beans.
