Bobby...

What a busy day!! We had another 9 til 5 today, filled with several practicals and lectures..

Our main focus at the moment is the digestive system, and today we had a section of rabbit small intestine which we had to innervate to contract, out if the body. Very peculiar stuff!!

My blip today is of Greyfriar's Bobby, a statue in Edinburgh if a dog who upon the death of his owner spent the rest of his days sitting on his owner's grave.. Such a lovely loyal doggy, so much so, he had a statue made in his commemoration.. Aw..

I met up today with two good friends to have drinks and nibbles at 'Under The Stairs', a cute little bar in Edinburgh where you can relax, unwind, and drink to the start of the weekend!!
