They are, aren't they. Nature's way of giving us some sunshine when there's none to be had.

Prepped a few things earlier in readiness for tomorrows meal. Made a chocolate cake and a couple of bowls of hummus. I could probably eat both of those together if that's all there was on offer..... I love hummus and I love chocolate cake. There will be lots of other tasty things on offer though, don't worry!
