and Friends

Alison Afleck and Friends (two of whom - Nicky and Tom - are pictured here) performed this evening at Peter's Yard. It was a night of mellow jazz - just the thing to close out a Friday.

Their first night of late opening coincided (by design) with the release of some fantastic-tasting new pizzas! It was also the second night of VOXedinburgh, thanks in no small part to the patience and perseverance of Geoffrey. Last time we sent 36 mosquito nets to help contain malaria in Africa. Tonight we invested in a Kiva micro-loan.
