9pm. Clear night. Fancying doing a star trail but sick of the view from our back garden.
Quick plea via facebook results in generous friend offering her back garden.

In my never-ending quest to prove how geeky I am, virtually my first words to her upon getting out of the car were "That's jupiter over there" and then proceeded to fill her head with un-necessary details about the sky that was sooooooo much clearer than it is here.

Quick visit from Mum as she drove through from the airport to Nana's. Another visit is due tomorrow, with the Crosby Mafia in tow.
Aside from that, James wants to bake another apple crumble as the one he made on Friday has now been eaten. Lots of homework for him and for me tomorrow, so best stop farting around on the internet and go to bed!!!
