Back to School Again II

Another beer tasting class at Bellingham Technical College. The last one I went to in April was about beers of the British Isles. Today's subject was Winter Warmers.

Once again, Anthony, Assistant Brewer at Boundary Bay Brewery was the instructor, and Matt, the Kitchen Manager, prepared the food accompaniments. I thought the beer choices and the food pairings were excellent, and Anthony gave a very interesting presentation.

This was the first time Cynthia had joined me at one of these classes. She's written an excellent detailed description of the food and beer in her blip.
