Jive Monkey

I stayed in my jimjams until about 3pm and then got ready to head out for my birthday drinks. We managed to cram ourselves around a couple of tiny tables in the pub for food and later headed over to a new place called Jive Monkey. It felt as if we had the place to ourselves for most of the evening and they served some delicious cocktails (that's an espresso martini and a vodka raspberry mule). It was lovely that some people came from afar for the evening and it was a great opportunity for them to mix and meet one another properly. A successful night all round I think.
