Rainbow over the Moor

Had to go and refuel the car mid-day, so over the moor into Keighley. Rainbows are usually so fleeting so was pleased to catch this between showers as I drove over.

I love rainbows, they remind me of childhood stories, of the great flood, of April showers when I was a kid on the west coast.They remind me too on days like today in the midst of the brokeness and sadness of others lives and sometimes my own too that there is hope.

Ready now refueled and refreshed to start all over again this afternoon.
