Prepared

We spent all day yesterday preparing Christopher for a trip to the dentist today. He was brilliant,
Right from an early age we have struggled to clean his teeth having to hold him down to do them. Trips to the dentist have always been a trauma for Christopher and us, as he gets older it does get easier, I held his hands today but not in a vice like grip as I normally do.

when a baby suffers trauma during the pregnancy and birth it affects the teeth as the body fights for survival and draws all the goodness away to protect the vital organs.
Christopher does have lovely teeth but unfortunatly some of his back ones are very week and a second one is now starting to decay.
We have now been referred to Alder Hey children's hospital as Christopher will have to have a general to have the filling done.
I have requested a white one and they have agreed to take the other one out and put white in that aswell.

Done a trip to Costco today to fill up my freezer with meat and tonight I have been to circuit training it was the hardest one so far as Jeff builds up the repetitions but I'm really enjoying it and the hour goes really quick.
