Sin Free

Well I finally got my act together and went back to Slimming World. I have managed to gain it all back plus a bit :-/

I was so tired this afternoon that I took myself off to bed for a couple of hours.

Rach done gym tonight, it was quite funny as she was being coached by our neighbour who is also 8 but is one of the top gymnasts in the club and will be a champion gymnast at some stage in her life, her brother who is 11 was also coaching and he is even better.

Had a phone call from Christopher's teacher tonight. Christopher has had a melt down in school this afternoon, hitting and kicking the staff and emptying the books all over the floor. Hoping it was a one off or they will put him on a behaviour plan again.
