Here's something that's seen some hard knocks. Sitting in our store cupboard at work waiting for someone who is wanting to give wheelchair rugby a try.

If you've never seen a game of it played, go. Just amazing. It is brutal, fierce and LOUD! Mostly played by people who have tetraplegia (a high level spinal cord injury) with limited hand function.
