Longshaw Estate

Today we drove over to Dore on the outskirts of Sheffield to spend the day with my brother and his wife. We got there for coffee time and had chance to admire their newly papered and painted hall and staircase and their new kitchen, then we drove out into the Derbyshire countryside for lunch. In the afternoon we went walking at the Longshaw Estate, National Trust-owned property. We went back to their house for dinner, where we were joined by Peter's sons, Mark, together with girlfriend Emily, and Ian.
