Lasagne

First day back at Body pump after a long, long gap. Probably won't be able to move next week.

Spent the day sorting out ideas for the next quiz I'm running at the end of the month. They are always fun to set but take longer than you think.

After an afternoon of sitting in front of the computer, I was inspired to do some actual cooking.

(and it was too big for the dish and did bubble over in the oven!).
